Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vizor (the “Service”), an advertising-intelligence and creative-analytics platform operated by Vizor (“we”, “us”, “our”), a service registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vizor is a research tool for advertising professionals. We organize and analyze advertising creatives that are already publicly available in the Facebook Ad Library, enrich them with automated classification and search, and present them for competitive research and creative analysis. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee any commercial result.

We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or any advertiser whose public creatives may appear in the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service enforces a limit on the number of active devices per account (1 device on the Free plan, 2 on Pro, 5 on Max). Free and Pro accounts are for a single user and may not be shared; the Max allowance is intended for a single team or organisation.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers a Free plan and two paid plans, Pro and Max, both as monthly subscriptions (Pro US$39/month, Max US$99/month). The paid plans differ in monthly view allowance and number of active devices, not in features. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time as described in Section 8.

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record (the seller of record) for those transactions. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Cryptocurrency payments (USDT) are processed through our crypto payment provider.

  • The Pro monthly subscription is charged immediately and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are not auto-renewing: access is extended for the period you paid for and you renew manually by a new invoice.
  • Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (a 7-day money-back window applies to Pro payments).

4. Acceptable use

The value of the Service is the data it aggregates. To keep it available for everyone, you agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly republish data, exports or media obtained from the Service, whether in whole or in substantial part;
  • scrape, crawl, or use bots, scripts or other automated means to extract data from the Service in bulk, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, device limits or other technical protections;
  • share, resell or provide access to your account to third parties, or use a single account for more users than your plan allows;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, models or underlying methods of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • use the Service to build or train a competing product or dataset;
  • use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate access, and apply progressive rate-limiting, if we reasonably believe you have violated this Section.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, interface, classification models, database structure and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business research during your subscription. The advertising creatives shown in the Service are the property of their respective advertisers and are surfaced from public sources; we claim no ownership of that third-party content.

6. Third-party data and disclaimer

Ad data originates from the public Facebook Ad Library and other public sources, and is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, current or continuously available, and creatives may be removed at their source at any time. You are responsible for how you use the information the Service provides.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to the Service and pricing

We may modify, add or remove features of the Service, and we may change our prices and plans. If we change the price of a subscription you already hold, we will give you reasonable advance notice, and the new price will apply from your next billing period; you may cancel before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence are not affected.
